The rules that keep Noann fair

By creating an account or using Noann (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Services. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

One account per person. You must provide accurate information at registration and keep it up to date.

The Services operate on a prepaid credit model. One credit is priced at €0.10 (or the equivalent in the currency you select at checkout, based on current exchange rates). The minimum top-up is 50 credits.

• Credits do not expire.
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
• Prices, promotions and exchange rates may change without notice.

At launch we accept bank transfer. Card, PayPal and Stripe payments are coming soon. Orders are activated once payment is received. Bank details for transfer are emailed after checkout.

You retain rights to your inputs. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AI outputs you generate through the Services for lawful purposes.

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial or safety-critical decisions.

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing or abusive activity, no attempts to break the platform, and no use of the Services to build a competing model.

Noann, its logo, website, code and content are the intellectual property of Noann or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our IP to you.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we detect security or abuse concerns. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or that AI outputs will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noann is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state where Noann is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence continue to apply.
