We want you to be happy with Noann. If you're not, we offer a straightforward refund process for eligible credit purchases within the timeframes described below.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund of a credit top-up within 14 days of purchase, provided that:
- Fewer than 20% of the purchased credits have been consumed.
- The account has not been suspended for policy violations.
- The purchase is not part of a promotional or gifted bundle.
3. Partial refunds
If more than 20% of the credits from a top-up have been consumed, we may offer a partial refund proportional to the remaining balance, at our discretion.
4. Non-refundable items
- Credits granted through promotional codes or referrals.
- Credits that were used to generate successful outputs older than 14 days.
- Bank transfer fees charged by third-party financial institutions.
5. How to request a refund
Send an email to [email protected] from the address on your account with:
- Your order reference or the date of purchase.
- The reason for the refund (optional but appreciated).
- Bank details for the refund if paid by bank transfer.
We respond within one business day and issue approved refunds within 10 business days.
6. Payment method rules
Refunds are issued to the original payment method wherever possible. Bank transfers are refunded to the originating IBAN. Card / PayPal / Stripe refunds will follow once those methods become active on the platform.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can almost always resolve issues faster and more fairly than the dispute process. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and loss of remaining credit balance.
8. Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence, including EU rights of withdrawal for distance contracts.
