Keep Noann safe for everyone

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using Noann. It supplements our Terms of Service. By using the Services you agree to follow this AUP.

• Content that is illegal under applicable law, or that promotes illegal activity.
• Child sexual abuse material, or sexual content involving minors, in any form.
• Content that harasses, threatens, defames or incites violence against a person or group.
• Non-consensual sexual content, deepfakes of real people, or intimate imagery without consent.
• Hate speech targeting protected characteristics.
• Detailed instructions for creating weapons, explosives, or other means of mass harm.

• Attempting to reverse engineer, bypass, or interfere with our security or rate limits.
• Scraping, harvesting or automated bulk extraction of AI outputs.
• Using the Services to train, fine-tune, or benchmark a competing AI model.
• Reselling access, sharing accounts across organizations, or renting credit balances.
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation.
• Distributing malware, phishing content, or spam via outputs generated on Noann.

The Services are general-purpose AI tools. Do not rely on outputs as a substitute for professional advice in legal, medical, financial, safety-critical or emergency contexts. You must not deploy Noann outputs in systems where an error could cause physical harm without an appropriate human-in-the-loop review.

Do not submit personal data about others without a lawful basis. Do not attempt to de-anonymize individuals or use Noann to build profiles of private persons.

Report violations to [email protected]. Include as much detail as possible: URLs, timestamps, and screenshots when safe to share.

Violations may lead to warnings, output removal, account suspension or permanent termination without refund of remaining credits. Serious violations may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

We may update this AUP as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
